Fan speed sensor

So I have a Fan Speed Sensor failure code. So my question is where is the FSS? Is it attached to the front of the fan, where the wires attach to the clutch? If so what is the easiest way to get to it? I haven't been into these 6.0l much, so any help would be great. Thanks

Jason

No it stays where it should, I still hear it kick on low from time to time but AE says its right where it should be. I had high readings for a while but after I changed my alternator it reads where it should, I belive the input voltage was incorrect giving a high reading.
