max boost stock 7.3l auto

what is the stock max boost you would see from a 2000 7.3l with a auto trans
and intake and exhaust , spikes to 20 then backs down 15 with it wide open

Holding 16-18 psi consistently is normal for a bone stock truck. Max I ever saw in stock form was 18 psi.

i can get 40 on stock turbo with jodys tunes but im waiting for the turbo to go boom it doesnt hit 40 til about 90mph with the pedal to the floor the last shift shoots the boost from about 34 to 40.

99.5 F-250 7.3 4X4 reg cab.
custom intake
dp tuner
suncoast/DTT Frankentrans
and a whole bunch of other crap i dont really need.

I killed my stock one pretty quick hitting 37lbs. of boost once in a while and hitting 33lbs. quite frequently. Gene

2001 F-250 XLT, cc sb 4X4, 3.73 LS,auto, Ported ATS shroud housing 1.00 exhaust housing Banks wicked wheel adjustable wastegated turbo,Non Ebpv pedestal and gutted Ebpv, DI Performance regulated fuel return kit, Dieselsites' 203* thermostat and billet housing, MBRP 4" ss turbo back exhaust system, AFE Stage 1 air intake, Jody Tiptons' F5 chip with no start,stock, 60hp tow,and 120hp race tune for now til I get big oil and injectors. Sonnax kit, Dieselsites' A/C heater core bypass valve, Autometer Boost, Pyro, and Trans temp guages in A pillar, Regulator in MAP line set at 20psi, boost tube, wastgate adjusted real tight, Aih delete, and Zoodad'ed. Amsoil fluids, Monroe Reflex shocks, and Ironman APR 265/75/16R tires.
