1994 mechanical 8.3L cummins specs ?

Does anyone know what the torque specs are for a 1994 mechanical 8.3L cummins with 250 hp ? I'm looking at buying a Ford L8000 truck with this motor in it and I can not find any specs for the older 8.3L engine.

They were 230 HP all the way to 300+ in the 8000s, I don't recall the Tq ratings but it should be stamped on the engine tag. I would imagine at least in the 620-820 lb-ft range.
