00 fuel button big cam 855

Wondering how I could make or where I could buy a 00 button or idle plunger. I did some reading and saw they didn't make the 00 button anymore. This is just going in a play truck so high egts are not an issue. Currently I have a 5 button in it just lookin for a little more. Thanks Jake

Some guys fill the hole in on the button with brass and polish down smooth then install 1 1/4 gear pump.

We have made ours buy just filling the hole with a small bead of weld then grinding it flat.

We have just used the button that we took out of the pump we are working on and made them as we need. I agree with you on the pressure though, switching from a 5 to a 00 didn't seem to be noticeable.
