1964 needle nose pete

will a 3406c fit under the hood ? i am looking in to building a needle nose pete with double frame , 46,000lbs double locking rears 390gears, double deep reduction transmission 9MLL ,triaxle dump for every day work

What kinda power plant does it have in it now?

Couple of things to think about , Rad , and are you going to find a water intake or run air to air, I thing W900L rads and ATTAC are the narrowest,
Sounds like a cool project, My 379-127 is 3406C powered so if I can help with measurements let me know. And we want pics of this build

: it is a 350 or a 351 buttlefly the air to air does NOT work you need an aftercoller (jacket) the radiator is very small and thin does NOT work mild that want to put a hood of a 359

i saw a pic of a needle nose pete on largecarmag.com that is a 10wheeler dump that is just great looking . i would am doing home work and i am going to start gathering parts to do this but i have some stuff to do to my 88 379exhd pete still so it might be a little bit till i can get into it but i can get some parts . i would like to built it just like my 88 but with a needle nose body on it. you can see my 88 on facebook under my name joe mckinney, pa so check it out

the truck on the left side, is not how it is now its an old photo. its painted like a reflection of a pool. that truck is 351 and they they made it longer by two feet to put an isx600. the hood is thin but the radiator is a(fat) foot and a half "panel" to be able to cool the motor and a customized air to air.
