Diesel prices are skyrocketing here in my area. $1.10 per litre! Thats like $4.45 per gallon! (Canadian Dollars of course) I was wondering if anyone with over 450hp is using 100% biodiesel? I have a 98.5 so it is a VP44 injection pump and I know that they won't run off straight vegetable oil, but will they run alright with biodiesel? Also it says I have to retard the timing 1.5 degrees to run better, so how will that work with timing boxes, will the truck still run ok with 12 degree timing advance? Any input would be awesome considering I know nothing about fuels!
