I turned my A/C in my truck on full blast the other day and it made a real bad vibrating noise and was rattling my whole truck.. It only does it on the highest setting. I think it is the fan under the passenger side.. It does it when the heat is on also... It will make a horrible noise..

Not sure, but if it's shaking then maybe the fan is off balance somehow. Are you still under warranty?

couid be the bearings in the blower fan going out. i had that happen in my chevelle but im not sure if dodge runs a plastic or metal bearing in the blower fan. u could have also broke a blade but you should be able to hear it snapping and hitting things rather than vibrate. take it to the dealer!
