35s was the last i heard....you might have slight rubbing, some trucks do, other trucks dont.

with a dually the problem with bigger tires isn't in the front, unless you get different rims and or spacers the tires will touch each other and destroy themselves.
I have a set of SJ d25's (1.5") on mine and 35's on the stock wheels and they only rub on the control arms. aftermarket wheels have to be close to the stock backspacing or they will rub on the fenders.

If you level your dodge and put a 2 inch spacer between your duals you should fit 35's

315-70-17 may fit, 305-70-17 are cheaper than 35-12.50-17 but they will both clear on factory wheels for sure- For single wheel trucks

Maxxis makes a 305-70-17 called a Buckshot, if you need help finding them i can help

The rims are too narrow for that size tire, the duallys use a 6.5" wide wheel and the 35's recommend a 8.5-10" wide wheel. you can get by with a 8" wheel but any smaller the tires are not going to wear well due to tire crowning.
