ok guys..i havent made a post in a while because ive been pretty busy.. but i just finishing puttin my 90 together i had to put a new front clip on it...new fenders, core support, radiator, and batteries while i was in there..but now when i start it my tach sits at about 300rpm when i hit the go pedal it jumps about 200rpm but thats it..would this be a wiring problem or what can anyone help me out..

Check the wires on the magnetic pickup thats located on the IP gear cover. I know mine does almost the same thing and my wires are naked. Ill be getting a new one from ford at $45.

hey thanks a lot but im still a lil slow on everything on these engines is that the thing that like screws into the aluminum cover there on the front???

You will need to get a instrument cluster with a factory tach. Then you will need the tach signal sensor that mounts on the IP cover. Your truck should have the stock wiring for this on the fender well.
