93 7.3 non turbo gps and system all ckeck out. new batteries have to hit the peddle to start. o rings t's and return lines not leaking back can anybody tell me what else to look for?

if you mean you have to hold the throttle pedal down to get it to fire up you may have an inj pump issue. If you dont touch the throttle does it attempt to start or even smoke? and if you do hold the throttle does it start up ok or still crank a while before starting

Try changing the shrader valve on the fuel filter housing. They are proun to getting debris in them or just being junk and will suck air causing a hard start situation. The lift pump could be faulty as well, I have had them allow fuel to drain back from the fuel filter through the fuel pump back to the tank and thus the crankity crank crank and pressing the foot feed.
