ok guys need some help. what can i do to recalibrate the tire size in the ecm. i know you can do it with the smarty, but i dont need the tunes of a programmer since the truck is now p-pumped. so i dont really want to pay 600 for a chip just to change tire size and not be able to use the rest of the chip.

go to a shop with a good scanner and they can do it.

The local shop told be 250 to do it. I thought tst made a module that and can do it but I haven't found it anywhere. Plus having something like that would be nice if I wanna go back to 33's

thats gay takes like 5 min to do it. I had mine done for nothing due to everything else I have been having done at their shop. Try a different shop or heck even the dealer. Should not be that much. The scanner does the work.

super lift makes a recalibration module, i keep mine in the ashtray, it has 2 settings for different tire sizes, after you calibrate it, when you change tires, you just flip the switch and the speedo changes itself. very nice!
