I personly think you will see it in the 07 4500 only the first year. If you wan't to know more about the 6.7. Go to your local Cummins dealer and pick up a flyer on it. That's were I got mine.

Im guessing....super high psi common rail injection, pusher pump, HX40 sized Variable geometry turbo, new head design....and hopefully a higher rev limit :D

I could see the rev actually go down, if I heard right..........
CAT actually designed some newer engines for road trucks with the rev limiter set under 2000 RPM. For Emissions.....
But making more torque at the same horsepower?
Just what I have learned from a good source at School.
And yes I know all about ACERT engines as well.

I guess could just see Cummins doing it too.

I just want to see it in a new megacab soon, but will probably give it a year to make sure there are no bugs, like Ford would do LOL.

It was dang impressive, at the test facility. The were emission testing the engine the day I was there.

Me too. It is the only reason that I've been waiting to buy a Megacab. I'm also hopping for a new Auto tranny. WE shall see, I guess.....

Something similar to the torque shift with another gear, something higher to use the low end power of the inline.....

How about a double overdrive! that would be perfect for running empty on the interstate.

Hate to say it since I drive a Dmax, but it looks like this could be the next trump card in Diesel Performance.

Same stout bottom end and rods as the original 5.9 ISB with added displacement.

If they ever crack the ECM and custom tune instead of running harness boxes like the 5.9 common-rails WATCH OUT!!
