    I understand that there is an after market pin connector for a 1999 dodge 2500 5.9l cummins ecu for code p1689, having no communication between pump and ecu, found the problem through elimination and removed conections at the pump and the ecu, does anyone know where to purchase a connector?

    The problem is that the Auto trans can barely keep up with stock power. So you going to need to get a updated TQ Conv and valve body miniumum before you hurt the trans. Then you can add the RV275 injectors.

    Just to give you a clue... Edge Comp (5x5) and RV275 injectors can slip a Southbend Con OFE clutch

    I have a 2002 2500 dodge cummins. Have k&n, and quadzilla mileage max,fass 95, otherwise all stock. wondering if I put rv275 injectors in if it will wreck my stock tranny? My family owns a quick lube so the Tranny fluid gets changed regularly as well as the engine oil. just looking to see if this will be ok. use the truck for snow plowing and pull a flatbed gn trailer twice a month.

    hay had a question i read somewhere tthat you maybe have a needle for a mechanical fuel pressure gauge? and do you know alot bout the VP44?

    Stock VP44 (Standard output - 235/460) These pumps are the very same pump they use to build hotrod VP44 out of. So you got the best pump body but less the electronics. SO pumps tend to produce more usable HP with electronics that a hotrod Vp44 with electronics...

    .........(Hmmm... If it was me I would get a stock SO pump and FAS/AirDog 150 and you'll be set... The only thing that will push it farther than 100K miles is a good shot of 2 cycle oil every tank... I'm closing in on 100K miles on my pump and no problems)......................................... .................................................. ................................You sent me this message about my injector pump about 5 months ago... i hate to sound completely ignorant but what is a stock SO pump?? and where can i get one at a good price???

    A lot of guys are putting big lines on there truck to make the sound lopey and its still just a stock fueled truck... sounds mean but go NO BALLS... (LMAO!)

    Hmm... You want a lopey idle... Just put oversized lines or crossover tube in... The lopey idle is from not being able to get the IP pump to hit pop pressure at idle... Ask around I'm sure someone can get you setup...

    i been crossed 1k miles just crossed 148 on the vp44 figured i cant complain.... just thought i would ask your opinion... figured u the goto guy on the 2nd gen dodges around here

    Dang!!!!! just found out my injecterpump is starting to go bad... :damnitWas thinking about up grading to maybe a vp44 hot rod injecter pump and a fass lift pump... i was wondering what would u suggest me to get and where would be a good place to get it with good prices??? :confused:
