Hi Tony, hope your getting well, I've got a kw t800 with c15, 800 marine cam, stage 2 ecm, 900hp turbo from kurt, 58's. Had a headgasket go 2 years ago, a cat trained mechanic that sells pdi, did my gasket but said protrusion was good and didn't have to be checked, only 20k headgasket goes again, now we have three sunk liners, blown between 5+6 again. going to counterbore the 3, should we do them all while we're doing them, I found one forum that you said to shim to .0045, is this still your advice. I think I am going to get a c15 gold kit plus a reman head, is this the best pacs to put in? I haul some 140k loads but don't push too hard so I don't think I'll put in the harder top ring, or should I? I really think my liners were low when we had this engine apart before so I'm really going to argue for a price break this time and I wouldn't do the rest of this engine but can't see putting in 3 old pacs and 3 new ones. any thing else to do while it's opened up? tks kenw007
