Air leak??

Ive got a air leak coming from my front end. I can hear it while driving and sometimes at a idle. The truck will only build 15 psi of boost because of this. Ive felt all the boots, along the intake elbow, seams on the intercooler and cant feel anything blow by my hand. Does anyone know of a way to for sure find the leak? Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.

When checking for leaks are you able to load up the engine to get boost while checking for leaks? If its just idling or fast idle with no load probably no boost pressure to be able to feel for leaks. Just a thought.

Well the boot coming off the intercooler to the boost tube had a thumb sized hole in the bottom side of it. I found a broken bolt that let the intercooler sag on the drivers side. So it ended up rubbing the boot on the air conditioner lines below it. Since its all H&S parts i got ahold of them and theyre sending a new boot on warranty and ive got to build some brackets to support my intercooler
