Window Tint

I am planning on tinting my windows either tonight or tomorrow and was wondering what % to get so that it isnt too dark at night where i wont be able to see. I was thinking of getting the back two and rear 5% and the two front 20% also the guy that is doing it for me will do the winshield would 20% on the winshield be way to dark or should i just get like 30% all the way around the truck. It is a crew cab. The guy is charging $160 is that a fair price or not.
THANKS

I have 18% on my front sides to match the factory tint on the rest of my windows, and its hard to see out of at night. But, I still want darker. I have to roll down the windows to back up if there isn't any light around. 30% is too dark for the front windshield, unless you enjoy being pulled over. Go with 50%.

I have 5% on my rears and 35 on the fronts. (Tx only allows 35 or less on the front.) The shop I went to would have done darker, but I wanted to stay legal. I'm glad I have a sliding rear because at night, I can't see out my back window to back up to a gooseneck. However, I'm thinking about adding another layer of 5 to the side and rear windows. A few years ago I had a truck with 5% all the way around plus double 5% on the rear and you could not see for crap at night.

As for tint on the windshield, I'd say none. A buddy has 35% on his and at night it gets real tough to see. or are you talking about just an eyebrow?

I have 5% on the front and the windshield and 5%over factory on the back. It makes it tricky to back up the the trailers.
