egr valve location
where is the egr valve and tube located on my '96 7.3?

Nowhere..... the egr crap only started on the 6.0 in 2003...

thats why i couldn't find it! the reason i ask is everyone keeps telling me i need to clean it and the tube. and they say '96, i looked and could find nothing that remotely looks like an egr. wonder where some people get their information. never the less thanks and my search is over.

There is an EBP sensor and tube that connects it to the manifold that can get clogged and cause EBP valve problems but that's not too common in the south, mostly a northern climate thing especially if you let 'em idle.
