New from Pac-Brake
Pac Brake LoadLeash
From the look of it, it add more of a true exhaust brake by holding the exhaust valves open. Will be interested to see if any one adds one to their rig.

It is the same principal as the Constant velocity system used in Mercedes 906 and 4000.
