Hey fellas, My name is Duane Coulter. Im a heavy equipment mechanic for a saw mill in washington state. I have 3 LeTourneau stackers, 3 truck sets with doubles, and a bunch of forklifts and shovel loaders to maintain. Its a crazy amount of work for one guy. I keep hearing that they are going to hire me some help, but it seems its hard to find a mechanic who can do the high voltage stuff, engine work and heavy fabrication and welding too. I love my job!!!
