who is better...pittsburgh power or pdi for cats???

i am looking to upgrade my 99 kw w900 3406e (600hp) 18 spd, 3:55 rears. i am getting horrible mpg's of 4> the computer reads an average of 6.1 life long. i have been researching what to do and am terribly confused. i know i want to get the ecm tuned...so many companies to choose from, dont know who does the best job. same for other parts, turbos (pittsburgh's or pdi's)? i like lots power and a lot better milage. what would you guys do if you were in my place? thanks in advance...

PDI is the only way I would go, the power box from pitts is outdated.
