I think its easy

Start from underneath the truck and find where you want to run the stack from the bottom side. Drill a small pilot hole the use a hole-saw from inside the bed. Thats the only advise I have, other than that its pretty straight forward

It's easy I put dual Grand Rocks on a few years ago. But like they said just make sure your 100% sure where the hole needs to go. I cut mine with a 5" hole saw and it worked like a champ. If you don't want to buy a hole saw let me know you pay the shipping back and forth and I will let you use mine.

I think the saw was about 30-35 bucks and the arbor another 7-10.
