Guage installation?

Ok, I've got an SPA digital Boost/EGT gauge. I'd like to install it with the push-lock fuse things, like TST uses for the COMP. I don't know if the gauge will have the varible light if I do that? ...........Can anyone help. I'm ready to install.

........oh yeah, why do I see so many probes mounted in the top and not the side of the manifold? The side, where both come in, looks like it would give better over-all temp than the top? Heck, you could have two probes in that location.

you have to mount the probe in the top. otherwise you hit the divider in the middle..
