1999 F250 Supercab Rear Door Latch Problems

Can't get the passenger side rear door open at all. On the driver's side, I have to move the safety arm to get the latch to engage and open the rear door.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks,
Lou

For all you "Parts Changers" out there, thanks for the help. I got the door open by basically dimantling it from the inside. Next time you have a Carpentry issue, give me a shout.
