Pretty good buy here, for those that dont know about programmers, its programable so if you dont have 190cc injectors, you can still get this and get it custom tuned for what you have

APR studs sitting in box ready for installSuspension 2.5inch leveling kit. Stock King Ranch 18" rims with 33inch Nitto A/T.
Truck is now pushing 134K miles an running strong.

Is it unlocked? How many unlocks left?
If you didnt return your truck back to stock tune, then it's locked and need to be sent back to SCT for a $150 unlock fee. If the unlocks are all used up, it will cost $65 to be reset.
