2000 Tahoe Limited f/s, gas, jax,fl

Specs:
2000 Chevrolet Tahoe Limited
Almost 105,000 miles
5.7 L Vortec V8 w/ automatic transmission
Front/rear A/C
Full power, PW, PDL, Power mirrors, CC, Tilt, Temp/Compass, Auto darkening mirror, Privacy glass, Rear defrost, Barn doors, AM/FM Cass/CD
2 Tone leather interior, with drivers power seat, passenger power lumbar
Condition:
The leather is in great shape, no tears, the seats aren't even showing standard wear. The passenger and back seats are rarely sat in. The drivers is showing minimal wear. The rest of the interior is in great shape, the rear cargo section has a carpet matching floor mat, and a plastice floor tray. The body is in good shape with a few parking lot dings. The engine runs perfectly, I've changed the oil religiously, it doesn't smoke or use oil, I performed a full tuneup at 98k miles with new fuel filter and plugs, air filter and tranny flush. The tires has about 8000 miles on them, they are BFG Long Trail's with a SAM's Warranty. I put a new radiator in the truck at 94k miles, the transmission shifts firmly and perfectly. The truck now has almost 105k miles on it and certainly will last many more, you can be assured its been taken very good care of, I'm a stickler for this kind of stuff. I give it at least a minute to warm up every morning before I got to work and it sits in a protected parking garage all day. The truck also has a Viper alarm system with remote doorlocks. The rear barndoors are perfect for people going in and out alot and shut perfectly with no squeeks or rattles.
Remember the limiteds were built off of the FBI platform, so they have bigger sway bars, brakes, better shocks, heavy duty cooling packages (Z-71 radiator, external tranny, powersteering, and oil coolers) and ultra cool 120 speedos :P.
Small issues:
there's not too much wrong but here's what i could find.
The passenger rear seat does not fold down all the way due to a broken cable, I am looking into replacing that cable
The visors w/ lights and mirrors are missing the mirror flaps/covers, I will replace these before the sale of the truck,
The passenger elect doorlock sometimes will not fully engage, I am going to see if greasing it up will fix it.
Price: I am asking $12,000
The KBB SRP is $13,585
The autotrader average for the limiteds is over 13,500 so I don't think I'm out of line on my price.
Pics:

My next vehicle needs to be a diesel, on the off chance someone wants to trade, I'll definitely conside a Diesel truck plus cash.
Thanks!

If it did I wouldn't be looking for another truck. I love it, just don't like the lack of towing ability.
