Sorry but I don't think those codes are right.I've got a 4 trouble codes on on mineand none of them are listed.I found a web site that list the codes but don't know how to put a link. Thanks the web sight iswww.ford-truck.com

I think some are missing too. What about "Boost level out of range" or injection pressure low", etc... You know, the common ones we get on chipped trucks.

I have the same code P0603 , I am also having other problems , i have a beeping noise from under the dash it beeps 5 times stops beeps 5 times and stops it dose this 5 times . It is a 2000 f350 super duty diesel 4x4 it has been converted from left hand to right hand drive here in Australia .
