PC Fan Failure

I have an old desktop computer, its started to say PC Fan failure, service PC to avoid damage to computer, press F2 to continue. It shows that on a start up screen.

I have taken to side cover off and all fans installed in the PC are up and running. There is one on the side cover, one on the front side of the PC, one in the power supply, and one on the heatsink.

Any computer people have any idea what could be going on here?

actual computer prompt or a possible fake? I had a fake prompt that almost looked real. When my fan was going out never had any pop ups on it , it just sounded like my truck idling in the house.

IT dont show up when the computer is on, its when you first turn the computer on it will say windows loading then the next screen is the age that says "fan failed" when I hit f2 it will continue loading the start up of the computer then go to the log on page.

Try this Ryan :-

Go into the BIOS .. find the "Hardware Monitor" enable CPU Q-Fan control, make sure it says Standard below as in this screenshot, save and exit.

If that fails to solve the problem try this :-

There should be an option under the Hardware Monitor (in BIOS) to disable the CPU Fan error, perhaps if you press enter where it should state the fan speed it might give an option to ignore, give that a go.
You'll not create any problems by disabling it.
