If they are truly good deals...I have no problem waiting in line.

One year...both daughters had EZ-bake ovens on their list. K-Mart was blowing 'em out at $5 for their thanksgiving day after specials. Waited in line, found the ovens when the store opened. Put one in the cart, turned around to get the other, and when I turned back around some lady "older than dirt" was walking off with my cart....with my first easy bake oven.

NOBODY steals my easy bake ovens and gets away with it.

Why is it called such a horrible name? "Black Friday" sounds like the day the stock market crashed.

Why not call it "Crazy Friday" or something like that?

Oh well....I still think its wrong that stores now open on Thanksgiving night. Greed, pure greed.

OK Dave, you need to elaborate on your EZBake oven fiasco. How'd you get it back without looking like a jerk?

After he caught up to her he pushed her off her walker!

It's called Black Friday because I go hide in a dark room so I don't see the credit card melt down.:sofa :sofa :sofa

Actuall it is called "Black Friday" because it is the symbolic day that the retailers claim they are starting to making a profit, hence they are out of the red ink and into the black ink on the books.

Go figure.
