here we go again ( help needed

ok so i installed new ball joints and a wheel bearing from when my truck locked up my wheel bearing. everything went back together good. getting out was a pain in the azz. i used heat to get the old wheel bearing out.

questions now

when i used heat. is it possible to heat the brake fluid up to make bubbles. i have no brakes again.

the ball joints looked to be greased already ( red grease ) but when i make a right there is a clunking cracking noise

the axle shaft just slides in and doesnt lock in right> ( dana 44)

( pictures will be up as soon as i fix my truck so i can have the truck how i want it to look. garrett and a couple others knows what it looks like
