Help with my stihl

I guess stihl chain saws are indestructible until you get the right amount of stupid running them. I have a ms290 farm boss that has seen less than a gallon of fuel. My idiot employee decided the chain was loose and cranked down so hard on the tensioner screw without loosening the two nuts that he broke an ear off the screw. How do you replace that part?

I watched by brother almost get slung from a tree trunk when he was topping my Dad's Sweetgum tree. That was the funniest dang thing I'd seen in a long time!!
