transmission problem

Hi! my 2011 f-450 transmission is acting weird, was going from a dead stop, normal acceleration, the tranny did 1-2 and stay engaged in 2nd , even if i floor it it stayed 2nd gear at 3000rpm. i stop on the road side stop the engine for 2-3 minute and after that everything was going alright. i happened twice for the last 2 week, truck only have 2000km, leaving next monday for florida towing 22k so ...... dealer told me everything is fine with my truck*?&%&&(
any idea??

truck is brand new, dealer did not told me about the reflash?? what is the reflash suppose to help with???

Take it in and ask for the transmission reflash.

Bet you don't have the latest... and have them flash all the boxes at the same time.

i asked the dealer and my truck is up to date.

How about taking it to another dealer, and asking them to check and see what they find?

dealer found the problem, was a broken rod at turbo, they fix it temporary and they will have a new one today. what is the rod at turbo?? could it be the variable turbo actuator???
