Offset for 20x10 Bmf Novakane

Hey I just ordered my truck and ford is installing my 4.5" Icon stage 3 lift, I was just wondering what back spacing/ offset I will have to run on Bmf Wheels. My truck will have a Road Armour stealth bumper and pocket Flares. I would like to run 37x13.5x20 on the truck and have the tires to come out flush with the flares but I hate rubbing!! Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this set up?
