change the block to a smaller one, the block between the leaf springs and the axel

Or you can just raise the front, they make leveling kits for them.

cant raise the front, trying to get this thing in my garage, it just fits
wanting a little more clearance

Not sure about the 2011+ trucks, but in the past, F250 blocks were 1"ish shorter that F350 blocks.
