clunk out of park

is anyone getting a clunk out of the park position. i pull into garage, put truck in park and with foot still on brake engage the parking park. next time i start truck and move to reverse or drive, there is a clunk out of park position.

if i pull in and put truck in neutral, engage parking parking brake, then put into park, everything is fine the next time you move shifter.

???

Have someone do it while you watch from the rear in a safe place and see if is coming from the rearend or the driveline. Then I would take it to Ford and have them fix it.

I had a problem similar to this on my '00 F250. Never did figure out what it was that caused it.
