5th wheel prep plugs

Anyone else having trouble keeping the plastic cover plugs in the hitch mount? What a piece of crap design! If the part that plugs into the hitch mount was longer, they would probably staqy put. I have one that backs out all the time.
However, I still love my truck!

I have one that pops out all the time aswell. The other three stay put, even with a spray in liner. I thought about the duct tape idea, but damn, why the hades should I haffta do that?
And yes, I too love the truck.
