Tires and Wheels?

I am looking at putting a bigger size wheel and tire on my 12 F-250 4x4. I am looking at the 20inch XD Series 795 Hoss with a Nitto Terra Grappler tire. How big can I go with out it rubbing and size would you think would look good?

Any help would be great! Thanks!
