Rpms

Anyone have a clue on what type of rpms this engine will be producing its hp/tq, or the rev limmiter

Ive read nothing about the rpms. Although leaked info for trq and hp are modestly stated at 390 and 720. Im sure Ford will up the ante though concidering that the "UltraMax" is supposed to be atleast 425 and 760.

Lets just say not quite stock.
Slower than some. Faster than most.

Don't quote me on this, it's just hearsay, but I heard that peak torque will be at 1600-1700 rpm. Damned if I can remember where I read that.

I like the sound of the tq hitting early, if thats the case im sure it will be a 34-3700 rpm max.And for ford to up their hp and tq, as long as the truck makes mucho HP with just tune and exhaust and is able to hold it, I dont care if they come out with 280/525 hp tq
