Exhaust valve/ports are at the top/valley side of the motor, making
for shorter exhaust manifold/plumbing to get to the turbos...
thats one way to reduce LAG :thumbsup
w/ the intake valves on the outside of the head there should
certainly be more room in the wheel wells (less exhaust plumbing & manifold).
