Scorpion: Reversed Intake/Exhaust

Exhaust valve/ports are at the top/valley side of the motor, making
for shorter exhaust manifold/plumbing to get to the turbos...

thats one way to reduce LAG

w/ the intake valves on the outside of the head there should
certainly be more room in the wheel wells (less exhaust plumbing & manifold).

I hope its a runner - time for Ford to be recongnized in some major migh-profile diesel events - I hope this is the engine we've been waiting for. Oh wait, it'll be 2011 and performance will be a hard bargain to get those days!

Cummins, Duramaxes, and Powerstrokes - some of each
Newest: 08 King Ranch - 8" Rize, 20" Monsters, 5" straight pipe, Spartan, Alien Patrol, etc.

its going to be called a 2011 model. But from what I've heard it should be released later this year. Decemberish.

Lets just say not quite stock.
