Were is the DEF injected?

Ive been trying to find out but cant find an answer does the def get injected before the dpf or after it I would think before it but not sure If im right we will still be able to run the DPF back exhausts. Please help me out here guys.

on the isx cummins its going to be after so I would think it would be the same on all the set ups, but I could be wrong

DEF must be injected after the DPF and before the cat. This is true on any diesel using these systems.

but isnt the dpf the last in the strand of emissions control??? i am pretty sure the cat is before the dpf?

If you are talking about te fuel that is injected during the regen process, it is injected into the combustion chamber during the exhaust stroke.
