What struck me immediately was this:


"The powertrains for this truck have become much less mysterious lately. Ford released almost all the details on its new 6.7-liter PowerStroke diesel V8 recently, and just last week we broke the news that it will produce 400 horsepower and 725 pound-feet of torque. We're expecting to see a choice of both manual and automatic six-speed transmissions behind the new diesel."


This is in the article below the video and seems to go against every other article about the f250/350 ......

it looks like its keeping the same tip as we have now.

2008 F-350 Lariet 6.4L 170,000 km spartan tuned 275 daily
2006 yamaha Vmax
2003 F-350 XLT 6.0L just bought 215,000 km all stock for now.
2003 suzuki 1000 GSX-R
1993 F-250 460
1978 F-150 stock waiting for a paint job

As the truck pulls off at the end of the video it sounds like a monster...

No what to do upgrade the 6.0 for 400 hp, 750 tq. Or buy that from the factory and keep the full warranty...

Personally I would work on the 6.0, your fuel mileage will be way better, and it'll cost you a lot less "dough" to mod your 6.0 versus buying a new 6.7. But then again, financing rates are low and if money is no object, then by all means jump on it!

You can get better mileage out of the 6.4L than the 6.0L, without worrying about lifting the heads.
I would imagine that even better mileage will be had from the Scorpion. Just wait until Matt tunes that thing.

Tinted windows, Kenwood Cd player, Banks 4 inch Monster 1/2 way back to MBRP 6 inch Miter cut dual stacks, Rhino lined bed and rockers,S&B airfilter, Sct tuned by various, DiProcol Tranny, EGT and boost gauges in pillar mount, Go Rhino steps on 33x12.50 Toyo M/t's with black 18x9 Ultra Mammoth rims.Dfuser coolant kit,Ford Blue fuel pressure spring, ARP studs, Black excursion grill with enlarged Black emblem, 2008 tailgate with black emblem and black super duty lettering and 2008 tail lights RCD egr delete..
