Spartan has made my 08 have lots of extra power. I don't think I'll be going to a 6.7....I like my 6.4 too much

i have thought about going spartan but i'm in Ca and we are going to have to start dealing with the epa crap as well don't wantot deal with waranty being lost. The one thingi relly like about the 6.7 is peak torque is sayed to be at 1600 not 2000 i just like that idea better lol but my 6.4 has been grate so far as well.

I hear ya there...I'll probably garage my 6.4 and get an older model Toyota Tacoma or something to drive around. I have to much time in my 6.4 to get rid of it, and I have big plans for it in the future.

Old Navistar engine 6.4-litre has 350 hp (260 kW) and 650 ft·lbf (880 Nm)

New Ford engine 6.7 liters has 400 hp (298 kW) and 750 ft-lbf (1016 Nm)

Less fuel is needed and the engine is lighter. A longlasting star is born.... at the same price!
