Seems like it could be something simple. My saw runs fine, idles perfect almost, just when I have it at full-rev is when it builds pressure and blows from above and out the cap. Interesting stuff. I run the saw until all the fuel is gone, nothing gets to sit in it for long periods of time, clean it before each cutting.
