I know you said dually but you do know a cab and chassis are different. The dually will have the same wheel base as a pickup and use the pickup bed. A cab and chassis will be 6 inches longer wheel base and the frame rails will be a foot overall longer in lenght. But the cab and chassis will have a narrower rear end.

Not sure what year you are talkin about, but I do know that a 2003 Dodge is 58" CA.

Since you mentioned you were going to take the bed off I assume that it is not a newer cab/chassis model.

Best way to figure it out, call any bed manufacturer, give them the year and make and they can tell you right away.

I am looking used and may end up with a pick up box although I am looking for a Cab Chassis. If I buy one with a box I would like to pull it off and install the Custom Aluminum one I have on my F450 right now

It could work with some modifications, as long as the CA measurement is the same or very close. If not, you would have the fenders off center, and possibly getting in to the tires.
