Here is a couple of sites.

http://www.widman.biz/English/Calculators/CFM.html
http://www.donaldson.com/en/engine/s...ary/056798.pdf

1st one has a formula but depends on knowing volumetric efficiency of motor and what to use for a turbo factor within a range.
2nd site has a chart of many diesel engines and factory cfm ratings.

Hope it helps.

One thing that really gets lost in all the talk about putting on fancy intakes and exhaust is the Fact the motor you are working on is 360 cu inches. Look at a gas motor, it rev-es a lot higher and has a lot smaller intake and exhaust. If you have a filter minder and it never sets even on the lowest setting why would you need a new intake. I work on engines and most problems I see are from a malfunction on the intake that they paid for, also 90% of them have also thrown out the stock pieces.

I see where your going John. My curiousity for measuring air intake lies with thermodynamics simply pure curiousity just gaining more equations
