turn signal question

got in the truck on the way home from work today, made it to the first signal and put my left turn blinker on. sat there for a few seconds and didnt hear anything so i looked and the left turn arrow was stuck on. so i turned it off then back on and it doesnt flash. what is it? is it the turn signal relay? or...? where is it located? thanks.

Garrett

Check the outside bulbs....if they are working then the flasher relay is toast.....it's in the fuse panel on the left side of the dash.....big square thing.
