Cold weather blues

I want to keep my truck from just sitting. Unfortunately working nights in the puget sound have been freezing and I have no where to plug the truck in or park it somewhere even remotely warm, especially parking near the water. Each time after its been cold all night the truck requires multiple cycles of the heater clicking on and I'd rather not be stranded waiting somewhere if the heater cycles kill the battery. Looking for suggestions if anything will work to prevent this.
