Smoke colors

I have a 92 w250 4x4 CTD, intercooled and auto trans that is blowing grey white smoke when the engine is cold or warm. It does it all the time unless the temp outside is cool or it rains. Also if the truck sits for a few hours at an elavation higher than it's usual traveling area (8000ft) it will blow black smoke, even coming down in elavation.
the truck has no gauges but the pump looks like it's been messed with.
I bled the fuel system, put air to the fuel system to look for leaks and can't find a air leak anywhere.
does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on what to try next?

See if you can get the name and number off the injectors. If it has a set of lucas injectors. That could be the hazing problems and smoke also.

93 W350 w/duals, fuel pin turned, 6X.018" injectors, 4" exhaust, 3" air intake horn, HX40/16, G56 /SBC Con-OFE, 307's axles' 2" skyjacker lift, B&W flatbed

There is nothing on the injectors at all to identify them. No numbers, letters or marks of any kind.

The numbers on injectors are not stamped in to deep and are hard to read. I haven't ever seen any injectors in a cummins B series that didn't have numbers and maker on them.

Use a wire brush and parts cleaner and look real close.
