91.5 heater motor?!

I recently bought a 91.5 cummins and the heater blower doesnt work I replaced the switch and thats not it.. maybe the motor itself. the fuse is fine so thats not it either also is there a link to a "how to" change this? thanx

2004.5 GMCcc, sb, 4" straight pipe from turbo back, lly dmax, afe stage 1, 315 75 16 big o a/t, egr blocked ,billstiens all around,2 dvd's, nav, slt package,

Up behind the glove box is a resister setup mounted into the cowl area. This is used to controll fan speeds. Check and see if you have power coming and going out of it.

93 W350 w/duals, fuel pin turned, 6X.018" injectors, 4" exhaust, 3" air intake horn, HX40/16, G56 /SBC Con-OFE, 307's axles' 2" skyjacker lift, B&W flatbed

My blower motor glitch was the two-conductor connector nearest the motor, under the hood, passengers side firewall. My blower has a soft plastic cover which concealed the connector, but when I hot-wired it it fired right up.
