shaking problem Im lost help

I have a 1998.5 dually 4x4, 250,000 miles, edge programer, 40hp injectors, fass fuel, about it, I run a 235/85/ r16 tire.
I have a front end shake when I apply the brake so I turned the rotors, still have it. tie rods were pretty bad so we replaced them had it realigned and still does it. Found a little play in the ball joints so I replaced them along with the wheel bears, a new set of rotors, calipiers, brakes , brake lines , shocks, and power steering gear box, upper and lower control bushings, they were all wore well, had it realigned I still have it now i feel it going down the road a little so I replaced the tires no luck. Could it be the axle shafts? Its really bad when you apply the brakes so bad Im afraid to haul anything with it and amost drive it. Any ideas?

Have you replaced the track bar those will cause that to happen and before to long it gets really bad. I believe theres a thread on it in here some where.

1999 dodge 2500 24v ext cab long bed 4x4, nv4500 w/a LUK clutch, 5" straight pipe to 6" stacks, Red Oak Diesel VP44, holley black lift pump and big line kit, edge juice w/ attitude, RV275's, Modified intake horn and plate, Lock-N-Stich'd 53 Block, BHAF, no silencer, 06' 17" rims w/ 295/70/17 nitto terra grapplers.

Have you check the master cylinder and portioning valve?

97' Cummins 2500 Gauges from glowshift (EGT, boost) Fuel pressure gauge from auto-meter. Stage 2 airbox, boost elbow, barrels & plungers turned.Custom fuel plate,Airdog 150gph.AFC mods & 3K GSK.SDX injectors (stage 3 140hp).Drilled wastegate.Converted to a NV4500 with a double disc. Being restored from the ground up

01' Cummins 2500 (dads) with a Hotrod pump,100hp injectors, Fass 150, Edge juice with attitude,also plug and power chip,stage 2 ice box,4 1/2 exgaust pipe,HX40
