Required Voltage to LP ?

Does anyone know the correct voltage from the ECM to the LP. Right now I have a hard start, And I know I have an air problem (parked on a downhill slope and she busted right off Got that great info from another member) but i 'm only at 8 volts. Turn the key and LP excites but doesnt pump fuel untill its running. (14 PSI when running) If I replace pump which pump would you run Raptor or BD?

Thanks In Advance for any help!

Raptor/Air Dog/or Fass is your best bet. Go with any of these and you should be A-OK
